Medvancer is for aspiring medical students who want personalised guidance throughout the admissions journey. We especially support students who may face barriers such as limited access to guidance, financial constraints, lower grades, or a lack of medical networks and support.

We support students through every stage of the medical school application journey, including university choices, application strategy, work experience guidance, personal statements, UCAT preparation, interview preparation, and advice on achieving the grades needed.

Our mentors are medical students and healthcare professionals who have first-hand experience of the medical school journey. They provide practical advice, honest feedback, and guidance based on what they have learned throughout their own admissions process.

Our support is delivered online through one-to-one sessions, UCAT preparation, and personalised application feedback. This allows students to access high-quality medical admissions support wherever they are.

Yes. Parents are welcome in the free Q&A session, and many join periodic check-ins for the 1-to-1 programme.

There's no obligation. You'll leave with a clear picture of where you are and what to do next — and if a programme is right for you, we'll help you pick one.

Yes. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before your session. Email medvancer@gmail.com and we'll find a new time that works.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

UCAT sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in full if cancelled more than 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Because work begins as soon as your statement is submitted, Personal Statement Reviews are non-refundable once the file has been uploaded. If you haven't uploaded your statement yet, email us for a full refund.
